OK guys and girls - Welcome to my art / drawing contest! You will be drawing 2 cartoon characters: 1. Obama (standing) wearing high black boots and holding a letter. 2. Uncle Sam (laying on floor) reading a letter I will award the winner of this contest $15 via paypal upon selection. --------------------> but wait - there is more <------------- This contest is leading to another art job that will involve both of these characters together in some sort of action. The winner of the above contest will be hired to draw the exact job, which will pay $50 and would be expected for completion by Tuesday. ----------------- You may reply here with entries or pm them to me.
