arrrrggg... brazen plagiarizer wins on 99designs!

i'm sure this happens pretty often but it sure sucks to have it happen to me.

i PM'd the eventual winner and called her out on her plagiarism. at first she said we must have used the same reference material but i drew my tree from scratch! she hasn't replied since i told her that.

i also asked the CH to have the winner redraw her stupid tree.

i hate trees.

 

She based her tree off yours. Plagerism is complete copying. Your tree had pointy branches, hers has forked. Your has long, hers has short.

 

Most of those designs are crap...I don't mean to offend or anything, but for $120 they could have got better work done easily.

But back on the design in question:

I like your people better.
Her tree is a bit more detailed, but obviously copyed your tree and added bits to it.

Learn from this, watermark your work.

 

I like yours better and I can imagine the bride's talking and playing around moving her feet

 

plagiarism is copying ANYTHING that you didn't make and passing it off as yours. back in school you didn't have to copy your seatmate's answers EXACTLY to get into trouble, did you?

The tree does look a lot similar to yours... However not the exact same... Still all in all not fair...
