That is absurd. At the very minimum he derserves the compensation for living a life with an underserved bad conduct discharge. Also a very big apology would not hurt.
No kidding. Poor guys life was ruined and $725 is a slap in the face! The SOBS do not even account for inflation after so many years. I would like to see who the genius cold blooded ass wipe is behind this crap.
