I am looking for someone to help me develop sites based around this national guard recruiting affiliate program. I am already registered with the program and passed all their recruiting tests. All I need to do now is start feeding it leads. You make $2,000K for every soldier that enlists and goes to basic training. Really not that hard as most soldiers gather information about joining the Army National Guard through the net. Advertising would be cheap as there is not much competition here (just do a search on Google for National Guard). There are NO limitations on how many people you can get to sign up, and from where you can get them to sign up from. Im thinking getting 100 people a year to sign up is not impossible. Thats $100K. Expenses would be very minimal. However, the catch is that all of you guys/gals won't be able to join this affiliate program because your not currently in the national guard. If you want to join let me know, I've been in for four years and I am currently an army officer; I can give you the low down. Anyhow, any developers and webmasters out there that are interested in making some of the sickest affiliate commisions in the world. Let me know. The beauty of this is that the army does all the work for you. Once you generate the lead, it's left up to a professional recruiter to close the deal, and you get paid the money. You simply have to connect the recuiter with the lead. A form capture website would do the trick. The information can then be sent off to a army recruiter in that persons area. I will do 50/50 with the right partner. Let me know ASAP as I will be posting this offer on other forums. I want to give my WickedFire.com brothers and sisters first stab at it. Please PM me on this, or email me at onlinebizplans@gmail.com if you are interested. I really believe this would be easy to set-up and make sick cash. I currently have too many projects going to do this full time. I'm looking for someone to do site development, I can handle advertising.

These are photos of what the required submission information is to generate a lead that can result in a $2,000 pay-out. Pretty simple to complete, conversion ratio should be high. Let me know if any master affiliateers are interested in partnering with me.

Also GBuyBeta.com is for sale if anyone is interested. It was pretty heavilly Digged in a fake digg I submited. Google promptly shut me down and sent a C&D letter. But the domain is still good, as they went with Google Checkout instead.

Sounds like you will find someone.
Why not pay a modest fee to make the site and keep 100% profit?

okay....I have a question. Where does the 2k come from? The budget for the National Guard Recruitment Office? If so, that must have been a solid spending proposal for some 2 or 3 star to sign off on. And which state's National Guard is this for? All of them? Did DOA or the DOD sign off on this as well? Seriously, I can think of better uses for 2k a lead than paying an affiliate to advertise a recruitment pitch on their website.

As a former Army officer myself I've seen waste on a bigger scale than that. But yeah I can't see DoD signing off on something like this and it not making the news.

The Army does pay for lead generation that leads to successful recruitment, but I think a little more digging might be in order.

However without doing more research myself on this at the moment, why would the military pay?

    1. Recruitment and training of a solider is in excess of $40000.
    2. The ANG is hurting more than the USAR (reserves) and AD (active duty) forces for bodies right now .... the big selling points of a few days a month and get 100% tuition has faded with deployments for OEF, etc.
    3. Freeing up detailed soldiers from recruiting is a cost-savings.
    4. Referrals convert better than cold calls.
    5. Payouts won't be 100%
    a. There's about a 30% attrition rate of signees to shippers; likely higher in the last few years - I've not been active at USAREC for a few years now.
    b. There's about a 12% fail rate at BCT.

In the end, DA would spend less money for successful referral who culminate into soldiers than all of the resources it otherwise takes to get a citizen into soldiers' boots.

However, it's not as easy as you'd think to generate those leads that would lead to successful recruitment. Further, if you start sending recruiters unqualified leads, your LRL (lead referral lists) will quickly get ignore for more accurate leads that they might get from other sources.

Also, I agree with gemini - if you're convinced it's a great opportunity, pay someone to develop you a site. However pursuant to the aforementioned, I would caution that you get familiar with AR 601-210, AR 40-501 and any current HQDA messages or State AG (Adjutant General) guidelines and make that information known to potential leads so that you'll get a higher conversion rate.

Also, as a caution, you'll be competing with the 24/7 access to authenticate information that they can get at GoArmy and the Cyber Recruiting Team .... good luck.
