Our Legal and Investigative Services departments have been monitoring this person for patent and/or copyright infringement. Her inferior design is far from "perfect" and obviously not comparable to our professional solutions, but we will be vigilant about protecting our IP and may report her outlandish claims to the Federal Trade Commission. Functionality aside, her hair is a mess and she is wearing an ugly shirt; I don't understand how anyone would think that she could offer top notch tinfoil hat designs.
