    who doesn't love area 51, roswell, and aliens? I remember when I was younger and even now, the amount of times I was looking all that stuff up. So it doesn't surprise me too much that area 51 gets 1 mil searches per month/ and roswell with 165k (google alone).

    With that said, this is more of a "novelty" domain. Any big time investor is going to shoot for area51.com, roswell.com, etc.. not the combo. So if you are interested enough, develop it, sign up for cafepress, and sell some "touristy" t-shirts. Or... let it go on ebay and recoup some of the reg costs...
