Zango distributes spyware and affiliate link hijackers. Don't deal with them imo.

 

What Zango does distribute is AdWare the rest you mention was done few years ago.

And now is Zango worse because they are strict accepting new webmasters so not all can make money like before.

If your site is not in English than I guess they are not able to review it and accept it. If you have good quality site with English content than it should not be problem.
