Mine are, since I was young. Probably better off though as they both went different directions in their lives.
My parents are the till-death-do-us part type. My mom's a widow for more than 10 years; she haven't looked for a new partner. THANKFULLY!
Good one there Rohit patel! How come so sure you get a son (curious to know) My parents are not (only death can separte them)!

Best of Luck Rohit bhai for your expectations . My Parents married 26 year ago and they are happy together .
My father left when I was around 10, 13, I dunno, somewhere around there. It was a sobering experience because all my friends parents had split up long before then and I never thought it would happen to my family. For the first few years he would come around and #%&@ my mom occasionally giving her a sense of false hope and make promises to my brother and I that he rarely kept. I remember a few times that he locked my brother and I out of the house and I would sneak in through a window to get my brother and I something to eat while they wrestled around under a blanket on the living room floor. Soon after he ran off with one of his childhood friends girlfriends and they got married. I have a step brother and the story is that he was artificially inceminated, but he looks a lot like my father/brother/me and nobody is buying it. Everyone believes that my father knocked her up while still married to my mother and they made the test tube baby story up because they thought it would look bad in my parents divorce. A few years later my brother and I started living with my father and step-mother, and step-sister/brother. My father was a baker and worked nights/early-morning so I almost never saw him, when he was home him and my step mother would lock themselves in their room and if we wanted to talk to them we had to do so through the closed door or else be made to feel bad when we heard them moan and groan when they got up to unlock the door. I ended up in a dropout prevention school that only served to encourage me to drop out anyway. I literally rode the short bus to school. My last year there was 9th grade, it was a school that had 6th through 9th grade and there was a single 9th grade class which got split up during the last period of the day and each 9th grader was assigned to be a teachers assistant for the end of the day. Guess which class I was assigned to, detention. They figured I was in there enough anyway so they might as well just put me in there for the end of the day every day. Years later I got into a fight with my father and ended up moving in with my mother after chiseling my name out of the mortor block my father had written all of our names in when he bought the house. That was the first time my brother and I had ever been separated and we've just grown appart since then. When I was I think 17 I moved back in with my father and step mother because my mother went off the deep end and we'd lost our appartment. When I was 18 or so all of the times my father beat my ass when I was a kid came back to me and I ruptured some sort of blood vessle in his eye when I socked him one. His eye was black and filled with blood for a long time. My mother came up with $1000 cash ($10,000 bond) to bail me out of jail the next day because my step mother called the police and had me thrown in there for domestic violence. Which to this day I still think is funny because there was nobody there to help me when I was getting my ass beat & I could tell by the look in my fathers eyes as I was carted away that he realized that. For a few years things calmed down and everyone actually got along. My step mother cheated on my father and ran off with that guy because she was pregnant and ended up having another daughter, which really, only serves to support everyones theory about the test tube baby story being bogus. About a year or so ago my step mother came back around and eventually moved back in with my father. He made a point of pulling me out on his front porch and telling me this story about how they're just room mates and that she was just there helping him pay bills because he'd quit his job and cashed in his retirement to pay off credit card bills. Now at first it didn't bother me when my father and step mother just took off and bought a new piece of property in another state, it all happened all of a sudden and it's not like I ever saw him anyway, but when I remembered him making a point of pulling me onto his porch and feeding me some bullshit story after I tried to just let it be and really didn't want to do it, I was done. I disowned him last year. I've got some awesome plans lined up for Mothers day this year.
