Are your average click values 40 to 50% lower on average than in the same period in 2008? Please don't tell me you are earning more because you brought more traffic. More traffic and the crap we normally read here are pretty obvious. What I'd like to know is if, proportionally, you are having to bring in A LOT more traffic(double, at least) to make the same you would last year. Google is blaming this on the "crisis" but I don't think that is the case. The crisis was there in November, December and clicks were the same. It all changed SUDDENLY around the beginning of this year. I've worked hard and I think it's not wrong asking: is Google outsourcing the crisis to us webmasters? So to preserve their Adwords base they are paying us less and less?
