This is what I wanted to know......... that is cool. Work hard on the net so you don't have to take orders. lol You go Mizt!
E.T. sucked & Indiana Jones sucked (that didn't stop me from playing them) but one movie game that didn't suck was Star Wars .
I saved up (help at christmas times) for a vic20 - then the c64, then tape drive, then printer, then a floppy drive!!! I was jealous of the friends who had 2 floppy drives, those guys had it all!!! Some even had modems..... Then one kid got the c128, then he got the amiga, and we all would drool.... then I got a skateboard and went after girls...
Ah, blah. You are only as old as the man/woman you're feeling. Eh, which would currantly make me 29. So scrap that!
im 18 and i didnt buy my first .com till the beginning of this year, been doing web design for a couple of years now
Good for you guys. Don't let us old farts scare you with our talk of archaic computers and gaming systems. I am still waiting for someone to say they had a pong system in their house when they were growing up.
I have some oldish systems. Commodore 64 was a great system Amiga also, I know they are only 80's systems, but meh!
I am 16 right now, but my age has been brought up in a different post in the AS section. I started doing web design when I was like 13 or 14, read up on my SAMS books, and picked up some tips, and techniques. It wasn't until recently that I found out the possibilities of making money online. (that's probably why it draws the big younger crowd; Lots of money, little work) I started out selling websites to my friends and there bands for 10 bucks for code 10 bucks for design. It went pretty well for a while but eventually slowed down. The google ads are my focus now. I have a job, but would like to make google AS a priority over my little cashier job, like mizt, since all the money I really need is for insurance payments, and cell phone bills. It would be sweet to be living off of Google revenue until I'm out of college, at least.
I could never even figure out how to play ET on the Atari! Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrir 3 and 4 were my favorite Nintendo games. Then Chrono Trigger for the Super NES, then I hardly ever played the N64 and Game Cube (I hate 3D games, might be from having one blind eye.). As for Game Boy, if it had Pokemon on it, I liked it. er I think there's been a hijack!!
Mario was my favorite Nintendo game. I still have my Nintendo, Super Nintendo and Nintendo64...I love them! But nothing..NOTHING..can beat Sonic on my Sega Megadrive.
Sonic.. Doh now im going to go and have to play Sonic on MD, and while I play it I will watch SonicX Orginals.
Nice! Do you still design sites for $10.00 ?????? lol If so I could keep you busy until your out of college.
I certainly don't fall into the under 16 category anymore. I don't know if this made my night or not. I think it did, looking back on life then versus now.
