I remember when I'd walk through 10 miles of snow to get to school...Not really, but I had the great idea way back when to create a site for santa letters but santa. com was taken, but we passed on santaclause.com and gave up.

Well I made my first website when I was younger than 15 (not for profit though), and had a job working for a major website.... haha I think I was doing better back then actually, but that was 7 years ago ;)

I was using the Internet from the age of 14 or so, but it was a very different place back then, there was no advertising, no spam, and certainaly no made-for-adsense websites :)

If I were 15 now, I'm pretty sure I'd be doing some sort of site, so it doesn't really surprise me that there are 15 year olds on here. Judging by the amount of money to be made from ringtones and the like, there's plenty of cash in that market, so being a member of it yourself would be very useful. I used to laugh at the idea that anyone would pay £3 for a stupid ringtone or a phone logo, how wrong I was..

I thought I was young when I saw the title of this thread. Imagine my horror when the definition was 15

I'm more than double that but I am still young :p

I'm 19 and have been knowlegdable in web programming since 14. However I never thought I'd do this until my co-op position for college sank and I needed a quick replacement. Not my number one choice but its not a bad career choice

First time I really used a computer was when I was 17 (almost 13 years ago). My main thought was a way to get out of doing school work.

I had a business class were we had to run business calculations to find the perfect revenue model for a resturant every day for 2 months. Decided to write a computer program to produce the model. Won the competition with little to no work.

year of schooling and tech jobs later, I still will not help you fix your computer!

The internet was not available when I was 15. If it was, I probably wouldn't have left my room...EVER!

It hadn't been invented by Al Gore yet when I was 15 either.

I was still making Hello repeat to infinity on my commodore 64

Been there! I thought that was a programming marvel myself.

    10 Print "Hello"
    20 Goto 10
    30 End

I was typing in computer games you could find in Computer gaming world at the time too. Never could get one to work, either. Oh the wasted hours plodding thru 17 pages of code for some archaic error code LOL

LMAO...I spent countless hours for the simplest of games. Of course when I got it right I made sure to save it to the tape drive ;)

When the Vic 20 came out it accepted cartridges where games were already preoloaded and didn't take 45 minutes to load....That was awesome
