    Not me:p.

I have a day job and put less than 1 - 2 hours a day in online business. It is not that i don't have time, i just don't have the motivation to do it (sigh).

It sucks when you know you can be better but not willing to put the time and effort into it

money? (i earn a few k per month online but it doesn't bring me motivation)
Passion? (i like SEO and stuff but at the same time i am too lazy to work)

    so, what motivate you?

I totally understand this feeling! Lacking motivation is what's limiting most of us..... motivation is seeing a successful project or transaction (with clients) :p We need a cure!

I'd say that money motivate me, but things I do now is to grow more as a business and as a person. Sure, I will need a cash flow for this.

Besides money, I think forming new relationships with good people, this could be a motivation in itself...

Ahkip, you must be some wiz, to work online only 1-2 hours a day, yet can make a few grand a month.

There are no secret. I start 1 1/2 years ago. Same n00bs as everyone else. I learn some from this forum but most from blog (seriously DP is such a waste of time, only thing i do here is BST and GC:p )

I spend those 1-2 hours thinking. I outsource all the labor work to others

I sometimes get what you are experiancing. What will push me on, is if i know im going to earn something out of it I.E Earn good money, improve my skills. But if i think im not getting that, i do nothing really. Which is rather annoying as i enjoy it.

I'm motivated by the knowledge that if this online stuff doesn't work out, I'll have to get a day job again.

I could never go back to working for someone else, so I have to make this work!

There is nothing wrong with working for someone else as long as you get compensated well.

You have to enjoy what you do and you have to want to win.

For myself -- I just want to beat Google. :)

They kick my sites down in the SERPS, I raise 'em back up. They beat me down again, I build 'em up again. Each round, I gain a little more ground than I lose. Slowly, I'm winning.

Anger is a good motivator. :D

    LOL @ Will.Spencer

My motivation is learning, create new friends through my sites and of course a good extra income.
