Are you withdrawing all your PayPal balance?

PayPal shows I can withdraw, and instead of codes I got a drop down which simply suggests the nature of the jobs done. This is certainly a ray of hope and the limitations have been lifted after over 5 weeks, so, I've been a little financially cornered. Now, I don't know if this is a permanent solution or a trial phase of some sort. Should I withdraw the entire balance or just try the minimal permissible withdrawal limit?

Any suggestions?

nope! good idea would be break the balance to $1ks and spread across 2 months.

 

dont risk your hard earned money by withdrawing at a shot. wait and see with a sample withdraw first.
