Hello mate,I strongly understand and agree what you are talking about,

i was in the same situation, that was really nightmare for me.

    I was depressed,drunk & smoked a lot everyday.

I tried a lot to get myself out,i ask friends for help, search methods online, read Napoleon Hill or other psychology experts and so on.

I WAS MADLY LOOKING FOR WAYS OUT,
BUT NONE OF THEM REALLY HELPED ME OUT.

i was the most helpless guy in the world and luck of motivation to my life,i thought i was dead.

I back to my hometown and set down, and i found a great book which i brought when i was in high school,

i read it a lot at that time,nd it was really useful for me.It's all about logions and adages,

those logions and adages are from Tagore,Napoleon,Emerson,Albert Einstein,William Shakespeare,John Locke,Romain Rolland,Gorky,Balzac, and so on.

when i read those logions and adages at night,i found some great people in the history also suffered fail but they overcome it finally,

the logions and adages told me how to do something, just like a friend,a friend never cheat me,beacuse all the people in that book are dead,

and dead people never foolish you,and they never require money for their help,

they not like some guys who said they can help you and make you feel a bit better only when you are in their office,

those people are respected throught the world at their time and ours.

And i began to read the book loudly in my own room,i believe they are ture,so many great people agree on one idea, and i just follow them,if i fail they fail.

And i do not feel helpless or afraid any more.I know i am out and just find my way back home.

Well luckily I have the strongest willpower out of anyone I know, mainly due to I am just really determined to be the best I can best, I eat well, dont smoke, go to the gmy, play sports etc.

However sometimes I do put certain tasks off, a great method that help me was buying a whiteboard and screwing it directly infront of my computer desk on the wall. Everyday I would see things I needed to do, and it pisses me off so much i just end up doing them :D

PS cleanwater, what was than book called, seems a good read.

I would greatly recommend a CD that I got about a year ago by a man named Robert Stuberg. It's called "The Secret" and it came out long before the popular book and DVD.

He has a website www. success. com (I don't work for him or anything, I just found the CD to be amazing in the way I started to think about myself and my life and my actions.)

I actually got the CD for free when I purchased something else. You should really get this

    Good luck
