    So, I finally succumbed and am now paying for more space for email, photos, drive etc

    I've had a barrage of emails about how to make the most of my extra space including downloading their apps.

    But when you click the app store link you get an error. Searching the app store doesn't give me the link. Finding a google app and then looking at the apps linked to the account doesn't give me the Google One app.

    This morning I decide to use the chat option to get the proper link and that was a surreal experience. When I asked for the link I was told

    I thought that was overkill but 20 minutes later it seemed that it did indeed exhaust his resources.

    As someone who makes apps, I'd be horrified if I, or my clients, were unable to point one of their customers to one of their own products.

    Has anyone had problems with this?

    I don't know what is google one. Can you please elaborate on what is it and what is the main use for that and where I can use that?

    I got access because I paid for storage so I think it's just a backup service to help you use the extra space.

    radiusdanu I think you talk about Google Drive. Because Google Drive gives the 15gb space for free and after 15gb you will pay according to the space.

    They definitely did, but while Apple process my apps automatically I can imagine the folk at Apple think it'd be "fun" to crawl through Google's apps looking for problems and reject on the most trivial "problems"
