Are you used supplement for health if yes than which is the best supplement for performance in sports like running ,football etc.
I don't use supplement, it is not good for athlete. it will make you down and not strong to run fast. if you want good performance in sports. i hope to do not used supplement. will hard you.
i don't use any supplement in my all life.i think it may be very harmful for health so don't try to use it.
I consume food supplements. But only natural ones, like honey and bee products, and some other natural supplement. In my oppinion, it will be important to add the nutrition that our body need, which we may not get enough from our food. Athletes should consume enough nutrition, if they don't get it from food, they must consume food supplements.
Supplements are not all bad for you, you people have no idea what you are talking about. You're all going off what your parents either told you or your own perception of a sports "supplement". If you're trying to bulk up, Creatine and Whey Protein shakes are good. Creatine holds water weight and slows down the build up of lactic acid. Lactic acid is what causes the burning sensation in your muscles. Creatine helps your body retain water so you can perform longer and faster, so you're able to do more reps with heavier weight, and you're able to run that extra 2-3 miles you've wanted to do. Whey Protein shakes are good as well for bulking up because if you drink it before your work out, your body uses that protein and converts it into NATURAL energy for your body to use. It's best to drink it after a workout so your muscles can recover and grow. Protein is the main carb that helps muscles recover. When you lift weights you are actually tearing your muscles, protein helps heal it and then build more muscle on top of that. I personally used Creatine for 2 months straight doing the double stack. I took twice the amount I was supposed to take per day and my bench press improved by 60lbs in 2 months, and my squat improved by 80lbs in those 2 months. Also, look up muscle confusion, this really helps for building muscle.
for my mobile activity i only eat lot of fruits and vegetables to create vitamin.. but beside that sometimes i eat vitamin E for my strength...
I am using the supplement but i suggest you do not use it, because most of athletic is stronger for natural health.( Practice make man perfect.)
our body sometimes lack or not enough nutrition that we take from food, i take supplements which is whey protein and creatine because i work out regularly and my body needs to repair the muscles after working out
