Are you sure? dialog box on back button / page exit

    Anyone have a link to a code snippet which provides one of those Are you sure you want to leave? dialog boxes on back button / page exit....

    I still can't post links but search for onbeforeunload on Google. The first page should be a demo from 4guysfromrolla. That'll give you everything you need

    thanks for the info

    i should have been more clear...

    i need it so that when they want to leave i can redirect them to another page, and i need the popup only to happen when the back button is hit
