    I never submit to directories. I am doubtful about capacity of the directories to provide you with traffic.

    Well, about traffic it depends on the directory, but definately it's good for link building!

    The requirement for a reciprocal link or image is what puts many people off submitting to directories, and there is no guarantee you won't come back one day and find your site missing from their directory
