    Yes i am still using landline telephone though all of my family members have there own mobiles because There will no problem with network and get internet connection through landline connection to my house.

    In South Africa we still make use of landlines because it is cheaper than mobile. Also ADSL has to be bundled with landline rental - pathetic :(

    Yeah. I have with my BSNL Broadband connection. But I don't use that.
    But in my country Landline call rate twice the rate of mobile call rate.
    So why should I use landline? I'm happy with my mobile.

    NO more since last millenium!

    The last landline I had was some 15 yrs ago
    mobile phones for me have proven to be of much better sound quality. specially for IDD
    in addition I love and enjoy the mobile freedom from office or home that comes with mobile phones
    and I also prefer to be 24/7//365 availability to all those in need of my services
