I hardly get link sale payments from casino sites... this time I have got them!

I am wondering what to do? Refund?

Are others doing the same or still accepting payments? The email id from which payments are sent is not that of a casino site but a normal hotmail/yahoo is. but the comments do mention the casino sites link!

what must I do you guys think? :)

I have them on some other sites. Let see I might remove them soon. But does the picture matter so much?

I've no idea,I only know that it would be better if we remove it.
I think you could refund the money first, then contact the submitters ,ask them to send the payment to your account directly and you approve the submissions then...
    What do you think?

If I am understanding you - you have a Link Directory or something similar. And you are advertising Casino links? And these Casino Links are paying you via Paypal?

Chances are Paypal will suspend your account - they do not want anything to do with any illegal activities whatsoever.

Another example - if you are a hosting company and hosting a site (www.examplexxx.com) that is considered illegal on PayPal Acceptable Use Policy - Paypal does not want www.examplexxx.com paying you for hosting via Paypal. If someone reports you, Paypal will suspend your account almost immediately. They do not want to lose their merchant account and they have to comply to rules and regulations set forth by the industries

anything related with casino and paypal is a red flag...they got outta the casino and gambling markets a longtime ago... was great when it was there though... used to get payouts with a few casinos and sportsbooks via paypal. oh well.. i'd be leary with casinos and paypal though....

Look at some processors that might not have a problem with it - e-gold comes to mind. Or ask your advertisers what they use to accept money.

You want to protect your Paypal account because it could be suspended. Checks / money orders are another possibility as well.

moneybookers tend to have no problem with casino related things as they are based in the UK where online gambling isnt illegal.

I've stopped accepting automated payments through paypal for gambling/casino sites for fear of what I have read in this forum.
Instead of taking the risk, I would rather refund the listing fees.. :(
