I am SEO-ing many of my sites to increase their "search-ability". I also write for several print magazines and Websites. In addition, I participate in huge forums like this one. And finally, I submit to every single link directory I can find! (I know, it's not always good for SEO, but I'm looking for raw clicks and brand awareness more than SEO.) I am currently at $1.50 - $5.00 per day, so it is definitely a big jump. In order to help reach my goal, I am reading every single thing I can get my hands on that relates to SEO and increasing AdSense earnings. I've got a long way to go, but I think I can get there. I am developing an action plan, but I keep getting stuck....hopefully, I'll get that worked out soon.
That is definitely a much more detailed plan for how you plan to get to your goal. Now getting from $3/day to $200/day within 4 months is a HUGE feat, I'm not saying it's impossible but you'd want to have your head screwed on pretty tight because it is going to be a hard slog, and you'd definitely want to get on top of that action plan with some definite targets in between now and the goal of $200/day. If you are really serious about the goal, you'd probably want to have somewhat of a weekly targets which you set to get X amount of work done each week making sure you are making X amount of progress each week - otherwise I think you will find that your goal is lacking the "A" and the "R" in "SMART" which is "attainable" and "realistic". But if you have the plan backed with some good logic... who knows... Good Luck!
Burta asked me to take a look at this thread and I thought I would since I participated in the last Goals thread some time ago. Anyways, it is interesting, for me at least, because Adsense is pretty much out of the picture for me now. The good news is, that I am making more money than ever. In fact if you would have asked me 5 months ago if I would be making the money I am now, I would have thought you were crazy. So it has been a very enjoyable last few months, and 2007 looks extremely bright. Some of my goals for 2007, outside of adsense include: - Get back to the development of some of my core website projects. My entire business took a huge left-turn in the last 6 months of 2006, and I want to get back, to a degree, to my original interests and some new pet projects I have in mind. - Diversification. Something I have always preached, but seems like it is never enough. I really need to create more diversified income streams to help balance out the up-and-down world that is the internet. - Maintain my aggressiveness. I tend to be cautious and considerate by nature, but once I started being more aggressive with my business and pushing things, things really started to evolve. So I want to maintain that level of aggressiveness going forward. - Make lots of money. I have a number, and a targeted budget for 2007, but I won't disclose it publicly, because I don't want to.... but it is significant. It took me over a year of web/internet marketing etc before I reached a point where I started to make a decent income. It was a struggle for a while, now the income level is well beyond decent. So for any of you who have the means and dedication, stick with it if you can manage it and you feel like there is a glimmer of light down the road.

Wow some pretty awesome goals and 2006 has been a good year by my standards. I only joined Adsense in September and made $19 till the end of August. That combined with Septembers earnings to make $128. October was a bit of a miss with me only just making $100 but this was quickly brough up in November with earnings of $128 December has been a pretty awesome month with me averaging atleast $10 a day but since Xmas day and so forth it's been <$1, hopefully this will get back to normal. This December has giving me $300 For 2007 I wish to make $500+ which I know will be a particularly had goal to achieve but with optimisation tips I can do this and make somewhere close to $50/ day Btw: When Will I recieve Novembers earnings? Beginning of January right?
I've not really set myself 'adsense' goals for the new year. I'm planning on expanding my online ventures to bring in a steady supplemental income, this will heavily involve affiliate marketing and adsense.
So by when do you plan to make $500+/month by? and how do you plan to do it? Oh by the way congratulations on the success you have had so far with AdSense you are doing really well by the looks of it, especially for someone who has only really been working with AdSense for such a short period. Well you might like to set some new goals - you always get to your destination a lot quicker when you know where you are going and how your are getting there .

Goals are hard to set, this is an ever changing industry that we're in, but if I had to say...I'm hoping to have my full Network pulling in mid-$XXX's per day by March...Alot of work, but it'll get there
I'm stuck at around $20k/mo in AdSense earnings and my goal is to get to $24k/mo in AdSense earnings. My plan to achieve that goal is: 1. Write more content 2. Get more links 3. Make one CSS change to improve CPM
Short Term: To be approved by Google Adsense once we launched our website Medium Term: To be able to find good adsense placement with this new website as we make experiments this year Long Term: To be able to sign-in for a Premium Account after 2007 ends or maybe early 2008
My goals: - To update all of my adsense sites - Create 3 more well established photoshop tutorial sites for adsense - Earn a minimum $100 a month with adsense
Nice thread, My plan is to make $2 a day consistently within two months, should be there by February. Then it's going to be adsense payday every 2 months and I'll try to double the $2 a day. I want to be at $5 a day before 2008. That's in short, my goals for 2007!
