I just hope nobody loses any more fingers!!

Everytime someone loses an arm, hand, or finger I think that's one less person that can click my ads.

The US and the Soviet Union never went to war because there were sane people leading both countries who did not want massive destruction and death of their peoples. The Islamic countries are a completely different issue. A fundamental combination of Muslim beliefs is the idea that death in war is a wonderful heroic thing and that unbelievers must not be allowed to live (People of the Book (christians and jews) are an exception; they can be allowed to live if they pay a "tithe", can't vote or participate in civil or military life and must be extremely humble). This is what the mullahs and president of Iran believe. Also, on this note, democracy is a terrible thing when given to people of a predominatly Islamic country; the people will vote in a theocracy immediately (part of our problems in Afghanistan and Iraq). The leaders of Muslim nations will not display the same reserve that the leaders of the more secular US and Soveit Union did. If Islamic nations ever become nuclear powers, WW3 and total destruction are not far behind. These countries must either be controlled (Bush's methodology) or hit with an all out nuclear first strike.

P.S. I'm not just ragging on Islam, truly fundamental Christians that follow the Bible by its literal word (like it tells them to) and not with tortured interpretations are extraordinarily violent as well (just look at the middle ages with the Inquisition, imperialism, etc. Even the more recent Manifest Destiny)

It's true one little mistake and it's on. Think about Israel is already accusing Iran of helping Hezbollah and when Iran admits it the US will "feel" the need to interfere as always since it's an ally of Israel. Plus let's not forget the Arab nations are behind Iran which will create an open war on the US and it's allies. Many people don't know the harm the Islamic states are capable of once united. First you can say goodby to oil as it will becoem a luxury for the rich. Secodn if Al-Quada can cause this many problems imagine countries of Al-Quadas...This could quickly escalade like WW2 and become another bloody World War.

    Thank You

And then, like all wars, it will be over.

And what will the world look like then?

Will it be Osama bin Laden's Islamist paradise, or will it be another American century?

I know where I would place my bets...

Yes bloody. Think about it everyone knows it's virtually impossibl eto carry out a successful genocide as there are peoples scattered all over the World some in unkown parts. Imagine the retribution they would come at us with after we tried to nuke everyone and everything about them. th egenerations of hate we would create this would be exctly how Al-Queda started in the first place.

    Thank You

The leader of Iran for one!!!
And the idiot fat boy of North Korea for another!!!

One wants nuclear weapons to launch, the other threatens the world with nuclear weapons ready to launch..

Read the news, and you will know that is the truth.

Of course, if the USA wipes the map free of Iran, where will our cab drivers and convenience store operators come from?
    LOL

lol I got to laugh at this one
    _________

I think what's going to escalate the conflict in the middle east is if and when an Israeli bomb falls into Syria. The Syrians are probably planning on defending themselves as we speak. All eyes are watching and waiting for an opportunity to take sides and bombs away.

I wonder if the North Koreans have internet access.

Of course, where do you think fat boy gets his daily dose of porn?

Another tangent, don't think the important muslims want war, as it would cut off their access to porn, liquor, and blonde busty whores.

The Israeli's did a hostile flyover of one of Assad's houses weeks ago.

I hear that they flew so low that it broke windows in the house.

I tend to agree with most of this except the last part. I take the bible very seriously and being obedient, I don't find myself killing anyone... hmmmm

Lol, what? Dude, you don't know what you're talking about. Christian Fundementalism as we know it only started after the Reformation, which was brought about because the Church at the time didn't follow a literal interpretation and made stuff up as they went along (like having to pay money as a condition to having your sins forgiven, etc). Plus fundamentalism calls for non-violence over violence, and trying to get along with your enemies instead of fighting them.

Also, the Inquisition wasn't a violent bloodbath as is common belief thanks to exaggerations and Christianity-bashing. If they killed as many ppl as the common man believes, they'd of depopulated Europe  Bit more on the Inquisition here

yeah, that's the thing, I find. Instead of trying to find out the truth, a lot of skeptics feed off each other's lies, misunderstandings, ignorance and general rabies-filled hatred and then spread this 'knowledge' to others (this, i think, is what has happened with joelviztech here :( ) and are believed as they are automatically assumed to be of a 'neutral' viewpoint, lol

As for WW3 breaking out? I dunno, I just don't really see it happening. It's one thing to get anxious about the state of affairs everything is in, but personally I think it's a bit early to say that we're all heading towards another global punch-up. In my opinion, for us to have another WW we'd need a 'bad guy' with sufficient military strength that it'd require everyone to 'gang-up' on him as with Germany in WW2. Frankly, I don't really see one of those anymore... and with America's air superiority in pretty much any conflict they have one hell of an advantage, something the Allies didn't have back then...
