Apple doesn't own the trademark to "iPhone". In any case there are 100s of sites with the word "iPhone" (and, for that matter, "Apple", "iPod", etc.) in their name, and as long as it qualifies as fair use and is not used to try and mislead the public that it is an official site, I don't foresee problems. Why would Apple have a problem with an unofficial site promoting and selling its products?

In any case, this is a sales thread, not a discussion on legal issues, so let's please stick to the topic.
