I agree that Google has no preference. However, Google loves the platform mostly because, as Matt Cutts mentioned recently, the platform is like 80% SEO'd right out of the box. Coupled with a few other SEO plugins, the WordPress-based AdSense sites that I lease out routinely index within 2 days (due to my promotion). However, in many cases, they wind up on the first page of Google for the targeted keyword. I attribute this to the on-page SEO that goes on with the site.
My experiences, Adsense is time consuming project...there are so many things that you have to avoid for not being banned. And the click rate now is very cheap. I'd better put merchant banner rather than adsense. Once you get warning from Adsense, you are finished..
Very useful post. The tip with "just focus on first 10 competitors and follow it" is very good. Thank you.
here your discuss a point never use high paying keywords please explain it some because i am too using some keywords like loans mortgage credit card but not purely high paying also using some other keywords, and one thing my website is also on topic of finance, stock exchange give me some advice
Targeting high-paying keywords is like swinging for the fences in baseball. If you can rank for one of these keywords, you will have hit a homerun. However, you will suffer LOTS of strikeouts in the process. The sites I own (and the sites I lease out) make money slowly and steadily by targeting lower paying keywords that my sites rank for. I may only make $0.30 per click but I get lots of clicks because my sites rank.
if you have good content site ,Then i have good community and divert traffic to your site,Google adsense Revenue sharing ,daily one dollar per good content site.sorry for my poor english
thanks for this infos. just an additional info. dont target high paying keywords. target keywords that has more clickthrough rate or your site is a waste.
Excellent advice here. I would say that focusing on traffic is another important point. You must get lots of traffic to make decent cash.
One must do some researching before writing post on your blog. I experimented it and it pays back to me.
