Are you making money with domain parking?

Hi all, month ago I parked 100 domains with parked.com and made on average $1 per domain on the end of the month. I would like to compare this to others, what is your experience with domain parking? Are you making more, less? Thanks

I park a "good" amount of domains accross a number of different services and have been doing this for years. The way I see it is that as long as the domain pays for itself, ~$1 per month, everything is good. But sooner or later one gotta either catch a big break, so you earn more or have any idea of selling the domain or even develop it yourself.

Because riding on a domain which only covers its own cost is fine of course, the most you stand to lose is one years registration fee, but having like you say "a hundred domains" you can end up losing "massively" if all of them die at the same time.

I have a number of ideas and ways to solve and track this, if you want to talk more about it, I'm always around.

 

Well I actually purchased a system for it from www.welcomeadmin.com and I was really impressed with the results so I wanted to check and compare with others. Those domains I have parked are 2 months old so I thought $1 a month is impressive. They are all .info domains btw so I will start making profit on them next month

 

I've only tried AdSense for Domains, parked 5 domains for 6 months without any income.
Since it's forbidden to promote it...

But I have seen people making more without any software so I dont know if I just got lucky or the software actually works

 

If you wanna make a income off parking domains then you better have a truck load of them lol.

 

I had a domain parked for a year, and had no traffic.

 

thats the thing the software I have create the traffic for them first and after 45 days or so I park them. I guess its really working then when the feedback I have is no one is making any money with it

 

I tried it a few years ago and had no luck, unfortunately.

 

Unless you're driving traffic to the site, I dont think its a reliable business model.

But if you're driving traffic to it, it might do better in the search engines if it isnt parked.

 

i tried few of domains with sedo and others. but no luck. not at all profitable.

 

I have tried with one of my domain but this is not profitable,I made only about $2/month

$2 a month is really good, imagine you have 1000 of domains making you $2 a month...and you paid just $1 for one (.info domains) You have doubled your investment within the first month

 

i have made some money with Domain parking... but it would have been that traffic if the website was still up ... if u are going to do it, make sure you put in those same keywords if parked with Google Adsense.
