Are you making $500,000 yet?

Impressive...wow!! And I thought $10K was every webmasters dream.

 

Why would someone who made $500k on Adsense reveal his secrets to others? Possible reasons:

1. The guy is lying and is just trying make $ from the videos.
2. It's no longer possible to make $500k with the techniques he used, so he's trying to make his next $500K in other ways (i.e. selling "secrets" that no longer works)
3. He conveniently forgot to mention that it cost him $600K in advertising costs to make back $500K on Adsense.

 

This one is pretty accurate. I have nothing against john reese, but I know he was making his fortune when it was alot easier to make money with adsense (several years ago). So you're right there.

 

Let's just say I'm making one figure a month.

But my site is new and I'm new to adsense. Plus I haven't been putting much time into it lately. How long should a site need before it starts making three figures a month?

 

exactly my thoughts! and same goes for all those other 'make money easy and fast' e-books / videos, if its fast and easy money, what's stopping THEM from doing so over and over instead of selling their techniques?

 

I might be quite a noob when its comes to AdSense, but I believe the key is to keep re-investing in new website (e.g. if you earn 5k invest atleast 2k in a new site, or buy one)

At the end of the video the yellow box actually drops off and his stats show.. 13.5% CTR and $30 eCPM

 

If you read the thread I posted on the first page of this thread, you can read some of the "secrets" he posted. He always said it was search engine traffic and that he spent about $3000 and 120 hours to build up that little VRE empire.

What I find is that most people are dedicated and creative enough to accomplish this. After MAYBE the 4th site, they give up, cause they were expecting to be making $20 a day by the first month. You gotta be treating this as a business, not some quick and easy way to make a few bucks to get your house/car/whatever.

Obiously he's not going to tell you everything, probably just the small part of it, besides that you'll most likely only see things that don't work any more, but if you're smart enough you can use this and of course it won't be easy and you'll have to invest some time and money ..

 

I believe you. The only part that seems a little odd (and I'm very new to traffic trends) is the page impressions in the video...they go from 29 to 300+ the next day...I have no clue what Reese could have done to generate such a quick jump there...all the following stats show a more natural and gradual climb..

That could easily been from doing a few link exchanges per site. You have to remember, those are page impressions, not uniques, so that could easily only be 20 uniques going to ALL of his sites under that channel.

I say that because I've had the same effect after doing some link exchanges. Also, sending out an email to his list of new sites he has up would also generate a nice traffic boost as well, at least initial boost.

 

True figures or not. Thats one great video

 

He is ommiting key details (99.9% of internet marketers do). He is using shady BH though. It is very unusual to make that much so quickly with a WH site.

 

Only a $750 for me Although it's from the keyword proxy. All 5000 or so clicks.
