I bought guitarprofessional.com awhile ago & have never got around to doing anything with it. Instead of just sitting there as a junk site, I'd like it developed into a quality income producing domain. I'm looking for someone with the ideas & skills to do this plus maintain the domain for a monthly fee. You will be responsible for the development, design, content, promotion etc. I will be responsible for the running costs. I envisage this as an ongoing webmaster position. The more successful the domain is, the larger will be your bonus on top of your monthly fee. The will be a payment plan in place to stop someone doing a runner or not following through with the development & ongoing maintenance of the site.
I don't think you're going to get very many takers on this deal. You want somebody to do all the work, from scratch by the way, and only get a portion of the income?
I thought I made it clear this was a paid position. Which would be worth a few hundred $$ a month to the right person. Profit sharing is a bonus.
