    hey all,
    I just sold a site over the internet (and it was my first) and to my surprise the buyer sent me this detail legal document and asked me to sign it!

    It looks pretty long + scary, and im not sure if should/can sign it!

    The thing is it was sold verbally, over another forum so nothing like eBay or SitePoint where it's all well planned and stuff. it was just a small webmaster forum with about 100 members!

    perhaps someone with experience in the legal firm would be kind enough to review the document for me? and help me decided whether/not should i sign it?
