First of all, now-a-days we can't imagine online world without having PayPal as a payment processor, but there are certainly many limitations in PayPal service, which they can avoid for sure with such a good company. Some points of consideration are as follows,

    01. They should start escrow kinda services themselves, where for digital products, they inform you by email that you have been paid but they don't send fund in your a/c until they receive confirmation from the buyers about the product delivery.. This way people can avoid disputes related to intangible products.

    02. Like alertpay, they should ask for the verification documents at the time of opening the a/c itself (just like physical banks do), instead of limiting the a/c on disputes & then keeping the people waiting for their a/c to be restored.

    03. They monitor the IPs everytime you log in to catch hackers, but this is not a good idea. They should use some other way to prevent hackers, like they should ask DOB at the time of sending the payment (like moneybookers) or some master key kinda stuff (like LibertyReserve does). This way people can use PayPal even on traveling with full safety.

High fees, but there are not so many good alternatives.

I use Pay Pal on DP and on my onlineshop and we are not satisfied !
The have a week support if you want contact them on telepfon!
(Week for the money the keep an every transaction)

Also if you had some problems with customers, Pay Pal work real slow on solutions. Anyway its a Ebay product, the online world is small, and a handful of company`s rules the world today.

Remember the Financial crises a handful of manager decide what millions have to pay for it. I hope in the features will some better payment services!

It sucks when you want to withdraw money to your bank account. Nearly takes a months time when its written 5-7 business days on their site.
