Ok, just trying to make a cute headline :)

I am wondering how many readers on this forum largely live off their AdSense income, i.e. AdSense forms all or most of their earning?
    Thanks

Not that low... LOL... But people reading the threads think, when they see this, that you managed to increase from $100 a month to $500 a month... LOL...

Maybe we can make a poll about the income - what's the main revenue source, selling products, affiliate, adsense or others?

One of these days, I'm going to have to start working on generating more AS revenue. My site is very consistent and I'd like to get it bumped up and I guess, make some new sites to generate some additional revenue. That is of course, if I ever get the time...

I use Adsense but I've been looking into other income opportunties in the travel business.

Its not good to put all your eggs in one basket. I've read some posts where over the past year the amount per click has been decreasing on *certain* ad serving programs. Have you guys been looking at your historical numbers to see if the averages are increasing or decreasing?

For a million dollars a year you should make time :)

BTW, I hear that the million dollar club (people who make more than a million dollars per year on adsense) has quite a few members. Any of us managed that?

I just have a very hard time fathoming that folks out there are making that kind of money. It just boggles my mind. Do you know of any sites in particular that are achieving these kind of results?

LMAO! I think I'm up to about $35 for the year -- god help me if I have to live on that..,. :D

Of course, you could go and read one of qll's threads... he has this foolproof fake-click scheme that's undetectable by Google and will make you all rich and he's willing to sell it for $99.99

I know of people running a network of hundreds of sites and cumulatively making in the excess of $10K per month. I would like to hear what others have heard / seen.

    Thanks
    Ajeet

PS: I was only referring to individuals. I know for a fact (can't say more due to confidentiality) that some top internet destinations (famous online brands) make well in the excess of $100 million per year. But, I must point out that there is no point comparing with them.

I am really hoping that someday the equation (PageViews x CTR x shared CPC) will yield big bonuses as PageViews go up. Other two being constant.

Same here... a million dollars? just try to imagine how many click-throughs that would require -- now multiply that by, what? 10? 20? 30? to take into account the number of visitors you'd need to the site... then multiply that number again by a factor of 10 or 20 to convert the cents per click to dollars...

    That's a pretty big number...

Let me put it this way: I'd like to see just ONE verifiable million dollar AdSense account holder...

I can swallow it when you're talking about a network of sites. I just can't imagine that one or even a couple of sites have that kind of traffic and conversion rates. Then again, I thought rally bands and many other "fad's" were flash in the pan and just seem to miss the boat. I'm obviously a bad barometer of what's hot and what's not :)

I think it's possible. I have one site that generates roughly $0.40 per VISITOR (not per click) on average from AdSense. Not a super high traffic site of course, but it does work out to about $40k/year for the one low-traffic site.

Is it ok to discuss statements like ($0.40 per VISITOR (not per click) on average from AdSense) or is it against TOS?
