I have a low resolution picture of myself. I would like to find someone really good with photoshop who can use this picture and make it look like a professionally taken photograph with nice blurred lush green background, etc. Basically, I need you to convert the crappy looking photograph to a masterpiece. And, make me look really good too. If you can do that, I can pay you a good price. Any takers?

I want you to take the normal low-quality picture and turn into something like this: http://digital-photography-school.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/08/portrait.jpg Clear bright face, skin, hair, nice blurred green background, etc. Would you be able to do it that well? If so, how long would you take and how much would you be charging? Regards.
