I used to go to morning walk. But for some time I stoped it. I want to restart it as soon as possible.
hmm i like morning walk with some music, I dont go everyday fir a long walk,but small walk is always there
No one can deny the advantages of morning walk. It keeps you active and healthy. You feel more fit and energetic. But sadly i dont go for mornning walk. I know its good but in the morning i feel really lazy.
Naaaaa i would like to.... but working till midnight and early morning college wont let me do that.......
I walk most mornings. I like to change direction and go to different areas too to get a really good look at the neighbourhood. We also have a beach nearby and the beach tracks are very relaxing to walk on.
