    REPPED! Much Agreed. I personally HATE VISTA with a PASSION OF HATE...

    I just got stuck with it and as of five minutes ago... REMOVED VISTA and REPLACED IT with UBUNTU LINUX.

    Yeah I downloaded ubuntu's latest version but it's frozen due to a crash on it's updates :D I'll get to fixing it one day :rolleyes: till then I'm on trusty windows XP :D

    Yes, my friend has been using vista for almost a year and she haven't experience any trouble using it. That's why I should be using it too.

    I'm using Vista Home Premium it's definitely better than XP with regards to stability, performance, looks and security features. I guess it has improved since the basic version. Home Premium is definitely stable and secure, I guess its a prelude to Windows 7.

    By the way it's highly recommended that your system is running at least 2GB of RAM as Vista usually consumes half of it. So dont expect Vista to run smoothly on systems running @1GB of RAM only.(use Win XP instead)

    So yes I will definitely buy Vista, but more over, I can't wait for Win 7.

    I am seriously thinking to buy windows 7, currently I am using Windows XP in one PC and another one I am using Windows Vista, but personally I like XP a lot. But knw looking forward to only windows 7!
