I am leaning towards not getting in on the Checkmate class action lawsuit because I only spent a thousand dollars or two during the years in question and I see this as a way for lawyers to get richer and for me to get $5 richer too. So if you have been contacted, are you getting in on the lawsuit?
Yeah, I didn't lose ANY money, I've only been a publisher...not an advertiser, so there's really no point in it for me.
I got three letters about it yesterday. I probably won't. Spending a few thousand bucks back then on PPC probably wasn't enough to get very much from this.
Can someone explain what this lawsuit is about? So other ppl won't fall into the same trap as some of you did. We learn from each other mistakes Thanks in advance

I keep getting letters about it. Even though I've used overture, I don't live in the US so I wonder what difference it will make to me
I am not in the US so i couldnt 'cause Im not part of the program, but I wouldnt for fear of being blacklisted etc.. you dont really want to be blacklisted by any major part of the internet..
