lbs and stones? 37yrs and 62 kilos no exercise and drink loads of beer. 62 kilograms = 136.686603 pounds
ok, so far we have palespyder entered into the comp and no-one else. lol Are you guys going to let palespyder run away with all the prizes for no effort?
hello i am definitely ready for the competition i am slightly obese and have to slim down so when do we start do let me know about it thanks
Sorry weirfire, I actually left a comment on your blog, but I can't take part unless my circumstances change and you find a way of letting people in at later stages. As I said on your blog, I am going to follow your progress hoping to get some sort of inspiration from the comp. Good luck!
Hey bluefin, Just signup at http://weirfire.blogspot.com I was thinking about making it a team event rather than a one for all so that people who are maybe just a slight bit out of shape can participate and still keep the competitive spirit going Depending on how this goes I might start another one in the new year uca. Everyone goes mad about fitness in the new year.
Somebody that's really light could win this easily. I mean if you're 100 pounds and you eat something like watermelon with is a natural diuretic you'll lose several pounds of water. Some water lose and a lot of fiber the day before and you're done 7 pounds in the course of the day. A heavy dude would have to lose like 20 pounds to match that. My money's still on Palesyper though.
My money is on palespyder too! I cant believe I have added 1/3 of my body weight to myself in the last 3 years. Thats like sticking another shoulders and head on top of myself
ROFL!!! Uh yea...it's get's harder the older you are. I'm fighting the genetic chain of hundreds of years of short pear shape Spanish women in my family. Thank god I at least got some of my dad's height and didn't end up 5'2".
Last day you can enter the competition folks $500 of prizes up for grabs and only 3 competitors Get your name and weight down at http://weirfire.blogspot.com
