    No, addiction and being there for socializing, collabortaing are quite different things. I am not addicted. But I use Facebook often to keep in touch with people who support me and I supportthem in business.

    I actually hate facebook more than anyone most of you would know. I will never be addicted to hearing about who ate waffles today, who is taking a shower at exactly 8:32pm, or who needs to stave the lost cow from farmville.

    I truly believe that facebook is just one extra thing in the world that is taking peoples' little intelligence and trading it for making rumors, gossiping, and being primitive.

    Although there are no statistics on "Face book addiction" -- it isn't an actual medical diagnosis .When using Facebook becomes a compulsion and you spend entire nights logged on to the site, causing you to become tired the next day.
