No! But I rather eat what's good for me with a few expections every now and then. To like what keeps my body healthy saves me a lot of problems, money and headaches!
You are what you eat. Be it protein or vitamins or fatty acids. Know the ingredients of what you put in your body, of course. Eat when you're hungry. I'm probably not the best advocate, but I have a pretty good immune system and metabolism. I've been eating one meal in the middle of the day, and one late at night; and not getting any sleep...All these things should be making me get fatter, but I'm weighing less than i have in forever, AND feeling healthier...I just need to go back to the gym to bulk back up so I'm not shivering during the winter. Lay off the fast food, pounds melt away. Eat what you want, what you like, and pounds will melt away. Treat food as a gift, don't be gluttonous.
Sometimes! But mostly I just eat what I want and don't think of the hurt that may happen to my health. Maybe we should pay attention to our diet more fo r our health.
I eat whatever without counting, I dunno how to calculate calories & shizz, but I am diet conscious. But only to an extent, like I don't wanna feel bloated so I cut back with the food, but nothing impressive like actually counting my calories intake.
No we don't calorie count. I don't see the point in that. If you are eating garbage all day then how healthy and weight loss savy is that? I try not to eat a lot of starches or carbs but one meal a day. Seems to be doing well for me. Plus lots and lots of water.
Yes, I am a diet conscious, and a spelling conscious, too. When I noticed that many of my acquaintances are dying young (in their 30s), I got serious with dieting and lifestyle choices.
There is no control on that. I eat whatever I like and whenever possible, but still I'm healthy all because of excess physical activity.
