Hey, I'm just wondering how many people here in dp uses dropshippers to make money.

If yes, How much do you make per month, how long you been in the business and what you do you sell? No prove is required although, lying is for losers.
And also include your age if you wish ^_^!

    I guess i'll start

I'm 19, I been playing aroudn wtih dropshipping for almost about a year now. I been losing money up until these pass few weeks which i have made 250USD average per month with relativly little work selling on ebay with dropshipper.

I am always happy to talk to other dropshippers alike if you got MSN you can pm me your msn name and i'll add you.

^_^ I wish all you dropshippers great success.

I am planing to switch from using affiliate system to drop shipper.
It is really hard to trust third party company.
How can I be sure that the drop shipper will do blind shipment, Btw I am not trusting affiliate systems..This is actually worse but less work..

    Thanks

I use a drop shipper for my website. Be careful who you use...if they are undependable or slow at shipping your customers will get upset and you may have to do refunds. There are very few good, reliable drop shipping companies out there.

Yep you have to make sure you got a reliable dropshipper. There are lots that are not really reliable in terms of going out of stock and etc. But there are really good dropshippers out there too, making dropshipping a very viable alternative to having an online business.

I find my dropshippers to be top notch. They get the packages out very quickly. I am now offering dropshipping to other people through my site as an affiliate, and that has been working out incredibly well as well.

After reading multiple ebooks on it, i think the key to not losing money is finding the right product(s). Some markets are swamped with sellers... you will never win the battle. Find a niche that isn't too competitive and that you can market your product in without spending $15.00 per click on Google Adwords. ;)

PHPGator, i would a agree with that, but that would most likely mean selling something you have little interest in, and therefore go against the rules of dropshipping/selling (ye i know its not an offical one...)

I have used dropshipping selling on ebay a few years ago, but I got into other things since & kinda just forgot about it, but if some of you could give out some tips & advice, I would like to get back into it.

I also did pretty well on ebay a few years back ONLY dropshipping. The key I think was finding and working with a quality minded dropshipper.

I used an electronics dropshipper for a few years now, but there was no way to compete with the big stores and chains because of their profit margins. I had the search volume on the site to become huge, but the prices and profit margins couldn't compete!

Your right, electronics is not really a great niche theres too many sellers for one and those big guys get the prices for less.

But i do personally know someone that still is able to make money like $50 profit a month after all the cost and fees. Its not a lot at all but just to show ppl that even at a market thats so saturated its still possible to sell and make money. You need to build trust and traffic to your site.

But of course i am not recommending people go electronics, there are lots of other better products that you can sell out there with dropshipping.

BTW i also do a it of affitriate which has made me $100 in 3 months and like $5 on adsense. Dropshipping generates me $250 per month with minimal of work. ( 15min/per week) so dropshipping is still the biggest money maker for me now.

The forum is mainly for dropshipping but there is also sections for topics such as adsense and such. ( www.DropshipForum.net )
