Hmm... you can say it's because of too much Limbaugh. But Kinda wonder if any American in DP really want Obama to fail. I know one - a friend you want him to fail - coz he voted for McCain during the election - and loss a bet with me.
no one wants to see Obama fails,It doesn't meter if you are American or Israeli, but I did feel bad because of that Barack didn't take Hillary as his vice president.
Obama was voted in because America want him to fail. Really thought provoking question dude my hats off to you.
I want him to fail, absolutely. He's an embarrassment to this nation and I'm not the least bit hesitant to declare it.
I not only hoped for him to fail I prayed for him to fail. And thank God he is doing exactly what I wanted. Can't wait till Mid term elections next year. His powers will be greatly limited and he will be a sitting duck like Clinton was in his second term. Have no doubt though, although I hope it doesn't happen I am almost 100% sure he is going to get a second term thanks to the drive by media and of course ACORN.
Anyone that wants Obama to fail is way too wrapped up in their own dogma. The fact is if Obama fails than that means America fails and many people lose their homes and go hungry. It's beyond the pale to hope for such a thing. That doesn't mean I think everyone has to agree with him. It's fine to say "I don't think his approach will work." But it's another thing to actively hope for his failure only to try to make your "point."
Has there been a President you supported? It sounds like you follow the old guerilla, I hate everything, mantra. You know, where you get to question everything, but never have a clue or thought about how to actually get anything done. Seriously, you don't even vote so who the hell cares what you think.
It seems like you care what I think because you're always singling me out no matter what the discussion is.
Actually, quite the opposite. I like to point out for those who take you seriously how silly that is. You are the guy who proclaims he doesn't vote, then bitches about who is in office. You are the guy who proclaims marriage is a farce, then bitches about the destruction of the family. Feel free to think and write whatever you like. When I think it warrants a post to add some perspective - I add it. Please don't confuse that for caring what you think. Anti-government crazies are a dime a dozen.
I wasn't sure how to respond at first, but then I understood.. you hate me the same way I hate LogicFlux Karma's a bitch huh? Ah well I can live with it. I don't expect you to care what I think, or anyone to for that matter. I'll consider your input anyway, thanks for being honest.
For the good of your own country and yourself, think that he'll be doing well and get this situation straighten out because this shitshow is ridiculous.
I don't care if he fails or not, but it will surely be sad if America fails because it will lead to more tent cities. And I hope that doesn't happen.. not in America, neither in any country in the world.
I certainly don't hate you in the least. Many of your posts I do agree with. Then there are your bitter, nasty, angry posts - about virtually any topic. I tend to think you go way overboard in those. I admit it bothers me is when you rant about how everyone you see is a zombie, is doing this or that. When the truth is you don't have a goddamn clue what is motivating or driving others to act the way they do. When you see a family in the mall and call them zombies, maybe they are spending an afternoon together in a frugal way, window shopping. Maybe it was their once a month trip to shop. Maybe they just chose to spend their time and their money differently than you do - that should be their damn choice. You cast aspersions on virtually anyone and everyone. You rant about family, you rant about government, you rant about religion. Heck, you even ranted how you would be nicer this year. Well, you messed that up, you sound like a 20 year old curmudgeon to me. Have a great Thursday Nate. And as I have told you before, don't take my opinion too seriously - I don't know you - I just see a couple snippets of text and comment back with mine. Oh yeah, and I don't like Americans rooting against their President, no matter who is in charge. There are better ways to try and achieve the changes one wants in government. Rooting for failure, well, I think that is just childish. I expect it from people like Rush and Carville, they are doing it for their job, to get a rise out of people. It bothers me much more when an ordinary citizen is rooting for his own country to fail.
i'm not an american and i don't want obama or any other us president to fail. i don't like obama, but i want him to succeed.
