    I'm not sure if you would get into trouble, but I don't think I would recommend it. Google works in some strange ways sometimes. If you get caught or anything, they'll probably band the account, and there goes pretty much everything.

    It's against their TOS, I don't think the buyer would be too pleased to see it closed shortly after purchase.

    It's Nealy impossible to sell AdSense account.
    only sell it if you find someone with the same name (both first and last name)
    in no other cases adsense account can be sold, as the buyer will only lose the money.

    its no use to the buyer if he purchase a Google AdSense Account which is not on his Payee Name !!

    and you may get Banned also
