Hallo to everyone, I have a problem - I'm so afraid of new situations that I can't eat anything sometimes. Has anyone the same problem? How do you cope with this fear? It prevents me from normal life!

I would sugest you to do it more often, Only by doing it you can overcome this kind of fear as its a psichological type of thing.

What to do often? You didn't tell clearly!

Anyways, I think you need to spend less time on Internet. That happens when you spend a lot of time in front of your PC. And do all things on time. :D
Or you can also get some hunger medicines. :p

If yer afraid of water, jump into the water.
If yer afraid of sand, jump on to the sand
If yer afraid of fire.... don't jump into the fire. @.@ But maybe play with it a bit.

Do what you are afraid of to reduce the fear. Start small and increase the difficulty. Push yourself. Same same for all fields

    Err...?

I agree with Digital_shubhi's advice. You should let go your brain off the internet a bit. Socialization is something you are lacking.
Has it happened to you to think that you're having some anti-social problems?

I live in England and last summer I moved from my home town in the midlands to the south. I was dreading it, leaving all my friend behind and such but it was the best thing that has happened in my life, I've had so much fun and made so many new friends. If you spend all your life worrying, when are you going to enjoy it? Get into your head that you're going to enjoy yourself, you'll feel your inhibitions disappear and you'll get a lot more confident too.

Can be a little bit more descriptive? What types of situations are you referring to?

    @Warner
I completely understand how you feel. I've been feeling that way all my life and I know how hard it can be to live your life that way. As you surely know, there are two solutions to your problem.
You can live your life that way and be pleased with it in a way and try to make baby steps for improvement. It takes a lot of time to accept that you have a problem and that you want to live with it.
    This is the easiest solution.
Harder solution would be to get a professional help or go into those new situations more often.
Simplest way to do that would be to experience those situations with someone close that will be supportive such as a friend or relative, but the results will be better if you do it all by yourself without anyones help.
If you can't do it on your own, ask a friend to help you out, but over time you'll start experiencing new situations on your own and soon you'll feel a lot better about yourself.
It's all in your head and as soon as you do it, it will become less scary.
Just don't give up, have faith and keep trying.
