I am very shocked at reading that. Thank God, I'm not the video game addict.

 

nowadays, there are a lot of people getting addicted to video games...

luckily im not one of those people...lol

Once I was, but not now. I totally gave it up. If I’ve kids in future, I’ll advice them to stay away from VDO/Computer Games, and encourage them to play outdoor games.

 

yes previously ,i was quite addicted to pc games and playstations. but now a days i have moved my intrest from games to internet

 

i m not one of the addicted But I play Video games sometimes on ma pc If i have A net Disconnection,

 

After playing WoW for the past 2 years, i feel that i can confirm that some games can be addictive....to certain people. No game is inherently addictive, though there are some things that game developers do, especially in MMORPG's that are trying to get you to continue playing. A never ending game, constantly updated, is an example of this.

In the end however, its all down to the individual. If people do find that they are spending far too much time in imaginary worlds, then the question has to be asked....what are you running away from?

I like to play video games, but only around 4 hours a week, my mate plays WoW (world of warcraft) and plays 19 hours a day.

Gets paid to do it though, so not to bad.

 

I dont really play video games at all anymore. The only times I do is the odd occasion every couple of months taht my friends having a gaming night.

Apprently his guild is ranked #1 or #2 on there realm and people sponsor them for playing and advertising.

 

Any online game that has a guild/clan you can get paid to play, just look at Counterstrike: Source, the high ranking clans get paid alot to play!!!

It's the same with WoW, Guild Wars, Rangnarok Online, Most MMORPG's actually.

 

You have to have priorities in life. Playing games is not one of them.

 

Ya Its almost danjorous thing for the kids, We can see so many of kids are addicted to vidio games but could you mark that, this due to cartoons channel I think.

 

I just read an article in the paper about how a guy shot his parents in the head because they took away his Halo 3. They wanted him to plead insanity because he didn't think his parents would be dead forever.

 

You can call me mentally ill if video game addiction is described so. I play daily 3-4 hours. I will never care what people say.
