I like my Mad Cow American Beef, it is like taking drugs, I am hooked on it.

I don't care what they mix in the feed, the stuff tastes good. I am thinking of starting a restaurant, gona call it "Mad Cow Burgers"...

It is a proven fact that Americans have more diet problems and food related Cancer, Obesity, Heart Attacks, Diabetes and many other "processed foods" related health problems than Asian cultures who eat more whole rice, wheat and bean foods (non-genetically modified).

Sugar and Corn Syrup ingredients in the processed foods and the bleached breads are a major part of the health related risks to American consumers.

Not eating enough vegetables (Green, yellow, red veggies) is a major problem for all of us. Lack of fruits and citrus products are also a major factor in food related illness in Americans.

Jack LaLane the famous health and food expert said that if it was made by man (processed foods) that you should not eat it. He believes that natural foods (made by God) are the only thing to eat (food without additives), process it yourself, prepare it yourself is his game.

Apples, Oranges, Organic Vegetables, unprocessed meats and fish, etc., etc., are the perfect foods.

Yea, well you also need blood to flow to your brain to stay alive, my Father had a stroke from eating Lard filled hot dogs, chip chop ham lunchmeats, sausage, bacon and all the rest of the great swine diet.

So if you want to stuff yourself with hogs on growth hormones go right ahead, but I warned my father for 20 years prior to his stroke about eating that shit.

He never listened until after his stroke, now he does not eat that anymore.

Do you eat chicken skin with your chicken? I don't just bite into my chicken and swallow all the fat and skin like most do. I clean it bit by bit with my fingers, the only thing I eat is the chicken meat, no chicken fat or skin.

You know when you eat a McDonald's ground up chicken sandwich that you are getting a lot of fat mixed into it, ground up skin too.

But my cats sure as hell fight over it when I throw it to them. ;)

I hate the skin with chicken. I also hate fat and my Dad is amazed at me finding fat in a chicken. I'm actually fairly healthy considering I dont like vegetablees. I play a lot of sports as well which helps. :)

Fat causes cancer, proven fact. Lard is the worst thing.

No animal fat should be consumed, you get enough with lean meat, let alone eating the fat that should be cut out.

Cheap hot dogs are filled with fat. Most sausage is 75% fat as bacon is 90% fat.

Nothing wrong with lean beef, the problem is when they grind up 85% fat and call it ground beef (hamburgers).

Run a search on Organic Beef, Cattle are grazing animals and some Organic farmers still let them eat grass.

It is more expensive to buy, but it is the best beef.

Just as Organic Vegetables are more expensive.

If you don't care, then you will pay with health problems down the road, so you better value your health since you can do nothing without that.
