No I am not a vegetarian. If you want results then u need to take it 3 times a day ( morning, before workout, after workout ) but since you are taking it 1-2 times a week then take it after workout since it helps the muscles to recover faster.
Hi, I'm not a vegetarian. But I restrict meat consumption, particularly for pork, beef, and mutton. It's particularly because they contain a lot of fat and some bacteria/condition may make them unhealthy to eat. Besides, I also want to try to lessen consumption that kills other beings. I might never be a vegetarian, because I don't want to be a promise-breaker. But I ever consider that. Until now I can only lessen number of meat consumption.
I found myself have been eating less meat than before, and eating more vegetable gradually. I'm changing. Maybe someday I will turn to a vegetarian
Unless you count the veggies my meat eats and that I cook it in vegetable oil, I'm a meat eater. I am trying to add more green in my diet however.
i'm on my way to be vegi. i don't eat anything from the sea. i eat only fried chicken i eat only Kabab i don't eat meat in the meals, i don't eat chicken with rice...only fried and Kabab, AND every once in a while not every week for example....
Most of the time, I eat vegetables because I don't eat most of meat. I only eat shrimps, some pork without fat.
