whatever we eat it in moderation I think it's still healthy, and most importantly for me is, I eat what I like
Any food is good food. Tried allligator once while in New Orleans. And last week, again had a good bison (buffalo) steak. And veggie done right are good to eat.
I would love to try alligator and bison! (The closest I came to bison was Polish vodka Żubrówka. ) Got to try everything once, if not more. Rabbit, duck, pheasant, wild boar, reindeer (I broke my vegetarianism to try this, back in 2002), ostrich - to name the ones I remember that aren't the usual on supermarket shelves (well, duck is here, but in the larger supermarkets, sadly not at my local butcher's).
I was a non- vegetarian once as soon as I realized that there is no need to kill innocent living organisms just for my taste buds I turned to be a vegetarian.
