I am a raw vegan, which is step up from vegetarian. I mainly eat for health reasons. I was causing damage to my own body eating meat so switched over to vegetables. The reason I did that was from the research I've done on vegetables. It turns they are more nutritionally beneficial for the human body. I used to eat meat but ever since my health started to degrade I abstained from eating animals and began eating vegetables, fruits and nuts.
I'm a meat eater, but off course i eat vegetables as well. Meat is for taste, and vegetables for health
Have known some people that are vegetarians but their food although nutritious has too much soy in it. I do like to eat vegetables and fruit as well of course. Vegetables are important and so is meat. Without meat just do not feel full.
ALLHAMDULILLAH, being a Muslim I am allowed to eat both meat and vegetables within some specified limits and I love both of them
