Are you a Stats-a-Holic?

Couple nights ago... I got locked out of azoogle stats for too many Login attempts. At that point, i realized how addictive checking stats with azoogle is. Anytime I'm using my computer, I have to check my stats atleast once every 5 minutes... pretty sad right? LOL

So how often do YOU check your stats per day??

I check stats only 3 times a day. Pretty hard to do but it saves lots of time for me.

 

I use the bookmarklet from www.smartpagerank.com/bookmarklet.php. I not only check out my stats with this, but pretty much every website for sale (or people selling links off of their site) here on DP. 50% of Smart Page Rank's traffic probably comes from me .

 

I have firefox plugins for all of my affiliate programs and ad networks. That way I don't waste half of my day looking at stats. It's more productive so I can focus on running my business.

 

what plugins are you using is it a homemade one?

 

I have one for cj, one for adsense, and a couple others. You should be able to find one for what you are looking for with a quick google search I would think.

 

...you might be a webmaster if.... your azoogle stats page stays open during ALL times of online activity

 

now I understand why azoogle's members area is soooo slow

Azoogle page is open all day and the toolbar is installed
At least with Azoogle I don't have to wait all day like I have to with CJ

 

ya im a statsaholic.... actually i think alot of my time is wasted starting at numbers... im going to set a schedule!

 

I'm sorry to see there are veterans of affiliate marketing addicted to stat checking. I'm new (1 month into it), and I was hoping to move on from it quicker. You should see my "profit tracker", it's truly remarkable. It has every stat imaginable on it, and I update clicks, CPCs, eCPCs, and on rare occaisions leads, as they are reported on azoogle and yahoo.

 

edrselby.... anything u can share with us on the profit tracker? is it an actual program or what?

 

it's just a spreadsheet i made. it's no big deal. it's something that makes putting all my info together easy and makes getting a visual of all my stats easy.

 

I wish the Azoog toolbar was compatible with Macs.

 

I hardly check my stats once a day, sometime i check once in 2-3 days.

 

Tell us more about profit tracker. Is it something you would be willing to sell? Ive been trying to make something like that in Excel but I cant get the hang of it.
