I know it has prolly been asked a million times already, but I am curious about what the percentages is of Macintosh users Vs the PC users. Well, at least here on DP. So, I will start saying that I am a PC user. How bout you?
I'm a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, so you'd think I'd be biased, however right now I'm running XP..... under Parallels on an Intel Mac Pro tower - Dual 2.67 Ghz. Xeon Procs. My work Laptop is running XP, but my personal laptop, an aging AMD 64 based HP ZV6000 won't run any flavor of Windows any longer with out Blue Screening, so I run Ubuntu on it.
I am platform agnostic and have machines running both OS X and XP. I have to say Parallels is really neat, with Macs being as powerful as they are today it is a real treat to be able to seamlessly run XP and OS X concurrently at the same time, and have the ability to switch operating systems and applications at will without rebooting.
Yess I definitely would go for PC over Macs. I've never actually gave Mac's a chance, but it's just not my thing, I spent so long trying to figure out how to right click something... Maybe one day I'll give it a try...
I always prefer PC instead of Macs. PC is good and comfortable to use anybody right from child to old persons.
