    Hey guyz

Everybody these days is super conscious about their physical appearance as well as health. They indulge into activities like gymming, sports, yoga, dieting etc. to look good and stay healthy.
It would be really interesting to know what the youth and adult of today prefer!! Gymming or yoga??

Personally, I never had enough patience for yoga even though many people favor it over gymming. I love hitting the gym and sweating it out with good music and beats in the background.

This isnt a debate guyz.....m just curious to know what you guys prefer!!
C'mon then what are you waiting for....post in!! :)

I used to do a lot of physical exercise during my college days but now switched over to just brisk walk and yoga; I can say that these are the secrets of myself staying healthy :)

I got a lot of gym equipment in my trailer. So luckily I don't have to go to a gym but I think I'd choose a gym over Yoga

Yoga still has the stigma of being a girl type activity but these days there a lots of different cross over classes held at health centres which combine lots of different facets of fitness programs like boxexercise, body combat, step, relaxation, stretching, weighs, cardio, different equipment etc. Thats more likely to attract guys and girls.

I prefer gym - sessions of half cardio and half weights for fat loss, fitness, general health and muscle gain

started out as more of a health, weight loss thing but now im a bit more obsessed with fitness and the way my body looks now. Feel bad if i miss a session or eat to much but really enjoy it and feel great with the natural high you get

I'm not a gym freak and never try yoga before, but from my knowledge I know that yoga is more based on meditation that helps in conditioning and relaxing the body. The new trend now is to mix yoga and aerobic training routines. In a sense, it combines the best of both worlds as people can get mentally fit and alert, while also burring away those calories and losing those extra kg's. Frankly I'll go for both.

Well, yoga is not just about meditation. Meditation is just a small part of it. Yoga includes exercises for each n every body part and it is sufficient enough to make you mentally n physically fit. It is like everything in just one simple word “yoga”. Just try this; you will appreciate it for sure.

I've been going to the gym pretty much 5 days a week for the past 3-4 months. All my weights have been going up so apparently I'm doing something right. ;)

Yoga is a good supplement to regular exercise and sport. Many sports team incorporate Yoga into their training schedule.

It keeps you young, flexible and healthy. For sports persons, it helps prevent injuries, like sprains and pulled muscles.
