Are you a Cox customer? If so, can I talk you into doing a `tracert` command and posting your results?

It looks like Cox has screwed up their network and at least some Cox customers cannot get to web sites like The Tech FAQ.

Here's traceroute output from a Cox customer in Phoenix:
    C:\>tracert 66.37.153.109

    Tracing route to unused.66.37.153.109.firstlink.com [66.37.153.109]

    1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.0.1
    2 11 ms 23 ms 11 ms 10.54.0.1
    3 11 ms 9 ms 24 ms ip68-2-2-25.ph.ph.cox.net [68.2.2.25]
    4 * * * Request timed out.
If you are a Cox customer, can you get to The Tech FAQ?

I'd like to see tracert output from a number of Cox subscribers.

Cox won't talk to me because I'm not a Cox customer.

Cox refuses to admit that the problem exists. It is unfortunate that Cox's technical staff don't know how to read traceroute output!
